Building Information Modelling Implementation Model for Sustainable Building Projects in Developing Countries: A PLS-SEM Approach

When building homes, sustainability principles should be followed throughout the process to achieve maximum advantages. Building information modeling (BIM) activities can aid in achieving sustainable goals. Third-world countries’ industry implements informal approaches dissemination through email newsletters and websites. This research seeks provide a model for application of BIM its relationship with overall success (OSS) projects. were identified from literature, survey form was distributed 180 professionals Egyptian construction industry. Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) used establish structure assess their correlation project success, revealing accounts 30% sustainability.
